We found Paul recommended on our local village Facebook site. We had a major issue with a fairly new Acer laptop which refused to boot up after a Windows update, there was absolutely nothing we could do to solve the issue ourselves. We contacted Paul and arranged to drop of the computer to him, he not only fixed the issue but updated it to Windows 11 and changed the system to speed up the computer.
