We had a major issue with a fairly new Acer laptop which refused to boot up after a Windows update, there was absolutely nothing we could do to solve the issue ourselves. After a brief explanation of the issue and run down of what we wanted to achieve, she was able to rectify the errors and has been able to produce a final template which their client has now approved.
If you are having any technical issues with Xero, we cannot highly recommend her enough.
