We found Paul recommended on our local village Facebook site. We had a major issue with a fairly new Acer laptop which refused to boot up after a Windows update, there was absolutely nothing we could do to solve the issue ourselves. We had a major issue with a fairly new Acer laptop which refused to boot up after a Windows update, there was absolutely nothing we could do to solve the issue ourselves.
