Web Based Technical Support Helpdesk

Silicon Bullet's Technical Support Web-based Helpdesk has the following features:

·        WWW browser based User Interface provides convenient access to helpdesk.

·        Password Security requires customers to log into the helpdesk to access its features.

·        Case Management functions allow customers to open new cases, and to update and track the status of their open cases without ever having to make a phone call. Customers receive automatic email notification whenever a case is updated or resolved by the customer support staff.

·        Customers can easily search an online Help Database consisting of previously resolved case reports. This enables customers the opportunity to search for solutions to problems on their own without having to open a case, and without having to wait for action by the customer support staff. (This facility is not yet enabled).

·        Customers can also access a “Frequently Asked Questions” list of problems and solutions that have been identified from tech staff as important or frequently referenced.  (This facility is not yet enabled).

·        When enabled, Customers can take web-based customer surveys once a case is closed providing feed-back.
