Paul helped me by getting me back on my MacBook Air after my son decided to download the new IOS for it and left me with nothing! We found Paul recommended on our local village Facebook site. We had a major issue with a fairly new Acer laptop which refused to boot up after a Windows update, there was absolutely nothing we could do to solve the issue ourselves.
